I architected and implemented a seamless automation ecosystem using Zapier as the central nervous system, integrating LeadConnector (CRM) and Google Sheets to create a self-managing backend.

When a new lead comes in or a pipeline stage changes, this multi-path automation instantly looks up data in a master Google Sheet. It then uses conditional logic to automatically assign the lead to the correct sales reseller and update their contact record in LeadConnector—all in real-time, with zero human effort.

3. Instant Form Processing Hub
Any form submission immediately triggers the entire ecosystem, ensuring every lead is instantly captured, tagged, and entered into the correct automation pathway from moment one.
